Valley of the Gods

It is practically a stones throw away from the world famous Monument Valley.

Because of that, and its remoteness, almost nobody goes there. Luckily, I happened to breeze through near sunset.

Since it is called “Valley of the Gods” we should know what gods are there.

But since they do not tell us who the gods are it is up to visitors to make that determination.

For example, this is the “Goddess of Skinny”!

Models and women around the world worship her thinness.

There is no particular reason to be thin, but that hasn’t stopped womanhood before!

Next on the hit parade is the “God of Medieval Castles”.

This god is the protectorate of ancient castles. If a castle is threatened then this god drops a big white rock on top of those foolish enough to threaten a castle.

So there. Take that!

The background stone gods in this craggy tree image are the “Gods of some kinda creatures”.

Nobody knows what creatures they are, but they are scary at night!

Lastly, for this trip, is the “Goddess of Pom-Poms”.

Like all good pom-poms, this goddess has a strong cheerleader man behind her!

That is it for now, but stay tuned for a return chauvinistic visit here some day. 😉
